Las calderas fabricadas por METALCO están disponibles en capacidades desde 12 BHP hasta 1000 BHP, son diseñadas y construidas según la norma ASME sección I. Tienen un diseño de cuatro pases que le permite alcanzar eficiencias superiores al 85%, al nivel de estándares internacionales.
Los quemadores para los modelos superiores a 75 BHP son totalmente modulantes para lograr disminuir los ciclos de Encendido-Apagado, mejorando el control, de presión y aumentando la eficiencia global del equipo.
Los componentes de control son de tipo estándar y pueden ser conseguidos con facilidad en el mercado local.
